At Dreamure, we take pride in crafting each order with care and elegance. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but we also understand that you may sometimes change your mind.
Cancellations
Please note that cancellation requests are time sensitive and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Our fulfilment team carefully prepares and dispatches orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to request a cancellation, kindly email us at customer@dreamure.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once we receive your request, we will do our utmost to process it. However, if the order has already left our facilities, it will instead be treated as a return under our returns policy.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange, refund, or replacement, provided the following terms are met.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Dreamure.
Terms for Returns
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all related items such as complimentary gifts, samples, and the packing slip.
- Only purchases made directly from www.dreamure.com are eligible for return.

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return

Refund Eligibility
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds and replacements are only accepted for items that are sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way will not be eligible.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- To qualify for a full refund, all associated complimentary gifts must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.
- If you purchased your product through another retailer or platform, please contact them directly to process your return or exchange.

- All sample vials (2ml) and Discovery Collections are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
